MoovOne is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team and help us to recruit the best talent in Tech & Product teams. Based in our Paris offices in the 17th arrondissement you will work closely with all MoovOne teams and your key stakeholders: Aymeric & Guillaume(e)

What you'll be doing day-to-day

?️Sourcing

- reach out to passive candidates on LinkedIn and other networks to get them to want to join the team 
- use the latest (& most useful!) tools and creative ideas to build a solid pipeline of talents
- make the most of other acquisition channels: inbound, referrals & agencies 
- continuously improve how you source by measuring & improving everything you touch: conversion rates, response rates, etc.

?Recruitment

- ensure an incredible candidate experience to every single candidate: you give the right info at the right time, you coach candidates through the process and offer personalised feedback 
- manage open positions from job brief to closing alongside our hiring managers
- be the guardian of a robust internal recruitment process, ensuring that we assess all candidates methodically and fairly
- be the champion of diversity to ensure MoovOne builds high performing teams

?Employer Branding

- spread our culture and values; you will drive the inbound of candidates by working on employer brand initiatives with our Marketing team: content creation, internal events, meet-ups and much more
- develop relationships with the right schools & campuses to identify & recruit the best entry-level candidates

Your profile

Must-Have
- you have a first experience in recruitment (internship or work-study programme)
- you have already manage a recruitment process
- you write and speak English & French
- you can be in our Parisian offices a minimum of 3 days/week

Nice to have 
- you have already recruited tech & Product profiles 
- you've worked in an HRTech/L&DTech, or you're super passionate about the topic and want to learn everything about this environment
- you're really good at using Lever & other sourcing tools

Soft skills
- you are a doer and can show that you've delivered high-volume recruitment
- you're dedicated to being creative, taking initiatives and at the same time you love structuring processes
- you are positive and solution-oriented: nothing is impossible
