Team Management:  

- Recruit, develop and manage the team to achieve growth objectives
- Assist the Sales Executive (SE) team (team of 5) in developing their skills through mentoring, workshops, coaching on tenders, etc
- Set the team's objectives- Manage the collective and individual objectives, animate and challenge the SE team, reporting the whole activity to Boris, our VP Sales
- Define and communicate business KPIs and targets 

Business:  

- Assist Sales Executive in the management of client accounts and participate in the closing of strategic opportunities
- Prepare the future: build strong processes and sales machine to achieve the 3 years plan in a scalable approach
- Analytics: implement and use analytics tools to assess the department performance, identify SWOT, and implement corrective actions(e)Monitor and own the sales forecast in the defined calendar 
- Have a business impact and bring seniority to the team in relevant meetings(e)Be an ambassador for MoovOne's product and brand.
- Collaborate with other departments: Marketing, CSP, Coaching and Tech/Product

Who are we looking for?

Non-negotiables (hard skills):

- 6+ years experience in a Sales Management / Ops role
- 2+ years of team management, with a team of at least 3 people
- You have a track record of negotiating with C-level executives
- You are fluent in English and French, you will be discussing with French and international customers

Soft skills:

- You know how to federate people around an idea and get your team to put it into practice
- You have a leadership temperament; you won’t give up anything until your team outperforms and positions
MoovOne as an essential reference on the European digital coaching market
- You have an analytical mindset that allows you to learn and make decisions quickly
- You will have strong impact working with Marketing Department, SDR Team, and Coaching Department 

Nice to have: 
- You have previously worked in a large business environment (CAC40/SBF120)
- You have experience dealing with Human Resources professionals and leaders
- You know how to work with high value-added tools (Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)
- You have already implemented impactful sales processes and strategies
- You have experience in scaling teams and processes
