Missions :
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take care of the accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Support our accounting team in the daily operations
- Manage customer invoicing and customer debt collection efforts
- Liaise with suppliers regarding payments and handle cut-off entries;
- Work with other finance team members to streamline processes and procedures
- Manage the reimbursement of travel costs and other related expenses
- Prepare monthly reviews and analysis of the Balance Sheet
- Contribute to the implementation of solutions: ERP (accounting system) and Expense management solution
- Work with the whole Accounting team to design, introduce and implement new processes, guidelines and tools to help the team be more efficient
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least 2-3 years of accounting experience related experience in an Accounting Firm or in an Accounting Department
- You have experience in the field of B2B invoicing ideally in SaaS environment
- You have a good track record of working collaboratively and successfully in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, bonus if you have worked in fast-paced/scaling organizations or Start-ups before
- You speak English fluently and are comfortable liaising with international partners
- You are fluent in MS Office or Google Docs
- You have some knowledge of Salesforce
Non negotiables (hard skills):
- You graduated in Accounting/Finance
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both French AND English and are happy working in multicultural environments

- You are very organized, thorough and a quick thinker
- You are empathetic, discreet and trustworthy: you will often be party of confidential information and need to treat it with maximum reliability
- You are passionate and always want to go the extra mile to ensure that the work environment is the best it could be
