Our Operations team is looking for a Data Analyst Intern (6 month end-of-studies internship, “Stage de fin d’études”) to help us make CoachHub France more data-driven and scalable ?
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for uncovering the data and insights we need to make our operations more efficient, and inform critical business decisions(e)Leveraging your data analysis skills (SQL is a must!), you will help unlock the value of all the data we collect by extracting insights, building dashboards and reports(e)But your mission won’t stop here(e)Working across all the departments, you will analyse our internal processes to identify operational enhancements.

This role will be based in our Paris office in the 17e arrondissement and Opera, with 2 to 3 home office days a week.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
Reporting to Laurie, Operations Manager, you will have - among others - the following tasks:
- Data analysis: you will conduct data analysis (SQL, Python, Excel etc.) to extract and share the insights we need to run our operations and support departments’ performances
- Monitoring and reporting: you will help make our operational KPIs available and automated by extracting them across our data sources and building great dashboards and reports
- Research and qualitative analysis: you will support the delivery of key operational and strategic initiatives by conducting research and analysis on a myriad of topics including tool benchmarking, best practice identification and market analysis
- Continuous operational enhancement: you will help address the day-to-day pains of all our teams, delivering operational enhancements such as equipping them with a new tool or processes, or making the information they need available
- Presentation: as part of the Operations team, we have a lot of meetings (monthly operational review, initiative updates etc.) we need to prepare and a lot of content to share - you will be involved in the preparation and delivery of these (Google slide, knowledge base page etc.)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Non-negotiables
- you are from a top engineering or business school, and are looking for a final internship to complete your studies (“Stage de fin d’étude”)
- you have excellent analytical skills and have a strong knowledge of data tools and programming languages (SQL, BI, Excel, Python, Tableau or other data viz tools)
- you write & speak fluent English - French or German is a plus
Nice to have
- you have experience in process analysis and design, tool selection and deployment
- you know how to make great presentations in Google Slide or PowerPoint
