Missions :
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the financial reporting(e)This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting
- Providing sound financial support and insights to make critical business decisions
- Work with business owners to define and monitor KPIs Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
- Working in close partnership with the accounting firm and local + group finance teams
- Monitoring of business performance, including actual vs budget comparison
- Optimizing processes and implementing controls to improve risk management
- Challenging cross team roadmaps (resource needs, investments, timing,…)
- Leading the implementation of new financial solutions (ERPs, Expense management solution…)
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least 4 years of related experience in FP&A, Internal/External Audit, ideally within the SaaS industry
- You have a good track record of working collaboratively and successfully in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, bonus if you have worked in fast-paced/scaling organizations or Start-ups before
- You speak English fluently and are comfortable liaising with international partners
- You are fluent in MS Office (excellent in Excel) or Google Docs
- You have some knowledge or are eager to develop yourself on SalesForce and Anaplan
Non negotiables (hard skills):
- You graduated from a Business School
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both French AND English and are happy working in multicultural environments

- You are passionate and always want to go the extra mile to ensure that the work environment is the best it could be
