As Growth Senior Product Manager, you will lead a growth product team responsible to driving Spendesk customers growth in a pivotal time as the company is moving from a sales led model to an hybrid growth engine combining sales motion with a powerful product led acquisition funnel.
You will define and execute the Growth roadmap with a focus on growing the number of sign ups on Spendesk free and paid plans as well as converting users using our freemium product to paid customers(e)You will own the outcome of your team and designing successful strategy and tactics to drive sustainable growth.
You will be doing so by collaborating with a team of engineers, designers, marketers and analysts, conceiving initiatives and experiments, designing best in class experiences to test them and iterate in a fast paced environment.
As one of the first members of the Growth squad at Spendesk, you will participate in setting up the right infrastructure for successful experimentation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Growth product area: create, refine and implement initiatives along with quarterly objectives and key results.
- Lead the product development process from ideation, design, and specification all the way through to development, QA, A/B testing, and release of features.
- Be able to formulate hypothesis and quickly find ways to quantitatively (in)validate them.
- Monitor and optimize results through data analysis and feedback; use qualitative insights to quickly iterate and formulate new hypothesis.
- Work closely with developers to manage delivery, own the quality of what the team is building.
- Set an high bar in the work quality, mentor and coach less experienced Product Managers.
- Consistently practice customer empathy.
- Effective collaborate across Revenue teams contributing to Spendesk hybrid model: Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Communicate effectively with leadership stakeholders and create alignment among different teams.
- Communicate company wide on the achieved milestones.
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including 2 to 3 years prior experience in Product Growth roles in SaaS companies.
- Prior experience with companies combining Product Led Growth and Sales Led Growth to acquire customers.
- Prior experience in Self Service funnels and experimentation testing and development.
- Proven ability to navigate and deliver on complex, technical, cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in data analytics and effectively using data to make decisions.
- Experience in guiding the tech team through fast iterations, while maintaining an high bar on quality, including knowledge of Agile software development processes.
- Experience in working closely with a product development team
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to dig in to complex topics.
