Spendesk is looking for an Identity and Access Management Expert to define and implement Spendesk's IAM policy.We are looking for an Expert with strong IAM skills who will help develop the security at Spendesk.
As part of the cybersecurity Team, you will report to the Head and Security and will help build and develop the team, and implementing the right level of security for Spendesk(e)Your role is to enable Spendesk business team to increase velocity while using a secure cloud ecosystem of various tools and services.
You are expected to work in close collaboration with our business leaders, legal, IT, developer, infra teams and third party suppliers.
The role is meant for a full-time position only.
Responsibilities:
- The role is global to Spendesk and we expect our new IAM Expert to be able to own every topic related to Identity and Access Management(e)Here is a non-exhaustive list:
- Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Support and drive all IAM related governance, risk assessments and audits initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data
- Advise and guide the organization in all aspects of IAM implementation and ongoing operation
- Train users on policies and procedures.
- Manage user access to systems, applications, and data.
- Design, implement and maintain IAM solutions (include cloud platform).
- Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
Required skills & experience:
- A bachelor degree of computer science or equivalent technical degree is required(e)A masters in an equivalent field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Experience in project management and leading technical workshops.
- Knowledge of Cloud security challenges, Zero trust and specific AWS security mechanisms, best practices, and tools.
- Proven operational experience in a cybersecurity branch (organizational and/or technical).
- Specific knowledge and experience with one or several of the following frameworks: GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 is a plus.
- Habits of staying up to date with the threat landscape by reading specific cybersecurity sources online, participating to cybersecurity events and/or ideally contributing to the online cybersecurity community.
