As part of the Product Engineering Development Department, you will be joining the Technical Support team focusing mainly on support tasks and in maintaining the bug tracking board and processes(e)Today, the team is responsible for helping & supporting customers and Spendeskers anytime they encounter a technical issue with our product(e)The mission will also include the development and maintenance of internal documentation and tools.
The team is now looking for an intern team member(e)The successful candidates will be given the opportunity to experience what it is like to be part of a successful engineering team, with great opportunities for progression.
What you will do:
- Bug process and bug tracking board management
- Chasing developers for updates and communicating with the teams
- Automation of time-consuming tasks for the bizz/ops teams
- Build and maintain internal documentation (processes, technical knowledge, etc.)
Your competency profile:
- Master’s degree in a top tier business school / engineering school
- Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving
- Can understand basic code in languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL (the ability to code is not required, but would be advantageous to your application)
- Have a technical mindset (Computer Science degree, or equivalent degree and/or experience)
- Curious and quick learner, you have the ability to absorb lots of new information
- Demonstrate a positive mindset and proactive personnality
- Team player, ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in verbal and written French and English
- Experience using Jira would be beneficial, but not essential
