Doctrine is already used by thousands of legal professionals every day, and we've already built one of the best products for lawyers in the market(e)We're hiring the first Product Data Analyst to join our growing Product team and ensure we leverage data knowledge to maximize our impact.
We are a product company: our primary job is to care for our customers by solving their biggest problems(e)And we believe great product and enduring competitive advantage require a high standard of qualitative and quantitative customer knowledge(e)As a Senior Product Data Analyst you will contribute to making Doctrine one of the most “data-informed” companies.
You will participate in every aspects of the product development process: opportunity discovery, prioritization analysis, impact measurements, knowledge communication, process improvements.You will work hand in hand with the VP Product, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders in the company.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis with Product Managers and VP of Product to
- evaluate strategic decisions
- discover new opportunities
- prioritize opportunities
- measure the impact of our choices
- Help the organization be “data-informed”
- ensure the organization has the best level of information on key product metrics
- ensure the organization has a good knowledge of the legal data that we process every day
- ensure Product Managers have the right tools to take the right decisions based on data
Qualifications we're looking for
- You have 3+ years of meaningful data analysis experience
- You have strong analytical and organization skills, you're able to meet deadlines, and you pay attention to detail.
- You are fluent in SQL and know at least one programming language, e.g(e)Python
- You have some knowledge of web technologies (HTML, APIs etc...)
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and you know how to channel multiple points of view
- You're fluent in French and English.

- You're interested in law (but you're not required to have an experience in the legal field for this job :))
