As Spendesk’s Senior Marketing Operations Performance Analyst, your mission is to build and scale insights, analysis, and reporting to improve marketing and sales performance.
You will be supporting the Growth teams across Marketing and Sales with strategic analysis and measuring impact across Inbound and Outbound campaigns.
Reporting to our Growth Operations Lead, you will be joining a smart, ambitious team who works together to develop customer-centric, multi-channel campaigns to drive real results(e)Our ideal candidate is analytical, action-oriented, an excellent communicator, comfortable with a test and learn atmosphere, and willing to wear multiple hats.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on defining key success metrics and frameworks for their continuous evaluation.
  • Lead projects related to driving insights and analysis of marketing or channel strategy and performance, effectively communicating your findings to stakeholders from senior leadership to all other audiences.
  • Create and manage scalable reporting and dashboards that monitor marketing and sales key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas of improvement, and influence strategy development.
  • Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity.
  • Work with and manipulate large, complex datasets for analysis and report creation.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on defining key success metrics and frameworks for their continuous evaluation.
  • Deliver on multiple initiatives in the same timeframe with minimal supervision

Who we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years in marketing analytics, business analytics or operations analytics, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced Excel or Looker (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation) is a plus.
  • Fluency with SQL (ability to write & interpret advanced queries).
  • Metrics-driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Experience in leading impactful data-related or analytics projects and visually presenting and communicating findings with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g, marketing, sales, finance, and data enablement) at various levels (e.g, peers to senior leadership).
  • Outstanding team player and always trying to solve for Spendesk’s best interest.
  • Fluency in English (as it's our business language).
