You’ll be joining the Banking Operations team, based in Paris(e)You will be in charge of the correct processing of all SEPA payments, supporting all major payment issues, delivering insight and also unitary requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day monitoring of SEPA Payment (Internal Banking System and our external partners), in order to ensure both secure and high quality processing of payments, to meet customer expectations.
- Manage payment back-office tasks (analyse the payments to be validated, alert processing…)
- Second level of functional support after care team: analyse and solve problems on payments for Spendesk
- Report and follow all bugs related to cards from the beginning until the fix action to the Product Manager and external partners (Natixis, Numeral…)
Must have
- Proactive and curious attitude to understanding problems
- Ability to communicate in a highly collaborative environment
- Able to analyse situations, break down problems and find solutionsCustomer-centric
- Ability to synthesise problems
- Organisation and prioritisation
- Experience in the banking industry
Nice to have
- Strong analytical experience with tools like Excel
- Knowledge on SEPA payment exchanges
