As an Executive Assistant, your mission will be to provide day-to-day support to your executives, be their trusted advisor and be a strong culture carrier in all aspects. 

What will you be doing?

  • Provide day-to-day support to 2 c-levels including: complex calendar management for internal and external meetings, booking travel, scheduling facilities and equipment, and managing budgets.
  • Lead and manage projects of different magnitude(e)Support projects that require cross-group collaboration & coordination.
  • Preparing and attending meetings, ensuring the right set of follow-up actions are taken
  • Organize logistics for various team off-sites and events.
  • Be the pulse of the team and a trusted advisor to the Leadership team.
  • Be a culture carrier in all aspects of the role

Are you?

  • Someone with at least 5 years of administrative experience with Executive members
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Experienced with scaling space management and planning to accommodate regular growth among teams
  • Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Able to think, plan and execute quickly and resourcefully both autonomously and as part of a broader team
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last-minute changes
  • Constantly searching for new and exciting ways to strengthen team programs
  • Be self-directed and take initiative
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Active knowledge of how to engage team members and managers to make quick and effective transitions.
  • Proven establishment of solid connections to build successful relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written, project, and stakeholder management skills.
