We’re looking for an experienced, creative, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join MoovOne’s Marketing Team, and build & execute our field marketing strategy.

You’ll work with other MoovOne teams to create experiences that delight, inspire & educate our enterprise audiences, bring our brand to life and help expand our reach. 

Working closely with Sales, Client-Success Partners and the rest of the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for building a top-notch field marketing program, expanding & ensuring smooth execution of our high-touch and 3rd party events, but also a key part of developing/scaling new ideas and programs.

If you are: someone that obsesses over attendee experience, likes digging into data, craves for lead generation, enjoys brainstorming event format as much as perfecting the tiniest details, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY 

- Own and execute and scale our events strategy from concept through completion: identify opportunities, define strategy and goals, get stakeholders buy-in, manage vendors, source speakers and audiences, interact with clients, create playbooks, measure ROI…
- Plan and host online and offline events to generate new leads, nurture existing ones and deepen our existing client relationships 
- Plan and coordinate our presence at tradeshows and conferences (find the most relevant events, organise speaking opportunities for us and our clients…) 
- Incorporate data-driven insights into the full event lifecycle from strategic pre-planning through post-event reporting
- Manage, strengthen and nurture our network of partners (HR Tech associations, organisations, other startups…) and identify opportunities with them 
- Partner closely with members of the PR, Content, Product and Demand-Gen teams on marketing collateral for driving pipeline
- Take on various other marketing projects as needed (goodies, end-of-year gifts, marketing knowledge management etc...)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Non-negotiables

- 3+ years of related B2B marketing experience, ideally in field marketing 
- A previous experience in a fast growing scale-up or hyper growth environment
- Proficient with the office pack (PPT & Excel)
- Fluent in French + English 
- Strong written and oral communication
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time

Nice to have

- You have an affinity for EdTech or HRTech: we’re in the business of personal & professional development
- You’re a pro at Salesforce and Hubspot
