YOUR ROLE
Within our fast-growing Infra team, the DBA Manager is a newly-created role and will be key to our future development! Your mission will be to manage an experienced DBA team while still being hands-on.
Missions
- Oversees the daily workflow of the team;
- Initiates and leads all related SQL and NoSQL projects;
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Manage SQL Server and ElasticSearch servers and instances
- Definition and implementation and automation of technical standards for servers, instances and databases
- Databases and system resources monitoring
- Performance and resources monitoring, implementation of measures to improve quality and productivity
- Documentation of databases architecture
- Technical support on incidents: Infrastructure and business applications
- Delivery and execution of scripts on environments
- Query tuning, manage statistics, indexes, and partitioning
- Work on the data model with the development team
REQUIREMENTS
Tech Skills:
- Microsoft SQLServer 2019
- Microsoft Azure SQL
- High Availability Microsoft SQL Always On
- ElasticSearch
- NoSQL databases (e.g(e)MongoDB, Cassandra)
- SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
- Knowledge of IT Security
- Knowledge of IT Architecture
- PowerShell Scripting
- Langages: T-SQL, C#
Soft skills
- Team Management - you have a first experience leading a couple of people
- Good relationship and team spirit
- Autonomy - you have already managed projects on your own
