ROLE
As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key member for the Finance team, supporting Shift’s various finance activities worldwide.
This role will interact with multiple functions across the company and will assist with delivering the presentation of financial and operating analysis data related to the corporate functional groups.
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated person keen on working with internal stakeholders from Finance and other departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Shift being a scale-up company, you will have the unique opportunity to work on the entire Management Control function including revenue, costs and cash flows(e)Also, the international essence of our activities will give you a global perspective of management control.
- Support the annual budget and forecast process.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of excel spreadsheets including projection activities.
- Participate in the preparation of provisional financial statements in collaboration of internal stakeholders.
- Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis - Cash Flow, P&L, KPIs
- Maintenance and improvement of key informational dashboards
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis(e)Participate in special projects, preparing financial data as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Very good French and English proficiency
- Pursuing a BS or an MS in Finance
- Relevant experience in an Audit firm or in the Finance department of an International company
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, as well as strong follow through skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Passionate about Finance, you know how to be creative in order to find automated solutions and simplify financial flows
