Within an HR team of 6 employees and as part of the rapid development of our Insurtech company, the missions entrusted for you will allow you to quickly develop skills and knowledge in talent acquisition, personnel administration, and HR development in a strong international context: head office in Paris and 10 offices around the world.

During your apprenticeship, you will get a very good overview of how a software company works & understand what lies underneath each role that drives businesses to success.

 

YOUR ROLE
 

Within the HRBP/People Operations’ team of 4 and as part of the rapid development of our Insurtech company (400+ employees worldwide), the missions entrusted for you will allow you to quickly develop skills and knowledge in personnel administration in several countries and HR development in a strong international context(e)During your internship, you will get a very good overview of how a software company works & understand what lies underneath each role that drives businesses to success.

HR management and peoples operations activities

  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding and offboarding process)
  • Administrate HRIS tool: management and monitoring of staff movements through our 
    Success Factor tool (SAP)
  • Help to provide comprehensive metric reports and analysis that supports decision
  • Preparation of contractual and administrative documents
  • Benefits management for all countries: registrations and questionnaires
  • Management of meal vouchers ; medical appointments
  • Immigration support for impatriation and expatriation

HR development

  • Build an FAQ to address recurring questions on PTO, benefits etc for employees from every countries
  • Participate in a project to launch a workflow automation from SAP to word doc
  • Coordinate our next CSE election in France
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects such as: Diversity & Inclusion policy, Learning & Development, Graduate Program, Background check process, Onboarding  tool etc
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • You are a Master (M1 or M2 level) student within a university or a school specialized in HR
  • You are dynamic, enthusiastic and always eager to learn new things
  • You are fluent in French & English with strong interpersonal skills
  • You are a team player, client services’ oriented
  • You have a first successful experience in People Operations activities
  • You are organized, rigorous, methodical, and proactive
  • Strong French legal knowledge
