Missions :
- Participate in setting up the strategy for User Research at Malt(e)Identify and help drive initiatives to get valuable insights to address our markets(e)
- Guide the team on processes and tools to boost User Research impact, visibility and facilitate the collaboration with stakeholders.
- Make sure User Research is well understood and widely adopted across the Product team(e)Be willing to push for always raising the bar of UX at Malt.
- Encourage an empathic mindset and advocate for a user-centered approach to product development, while also balancing business needs(e)


Objectives & Key results
- Work closely with product managers, product designers and product data analysts to identify and prioritize research needs.
- Plan and conduct the appropriate research studies (from exploratory to evaluative research methods).
- Collaborate with Product, Data and customer facing teams to collect and properly activate user feedback across the product building process.
- Help build a robust User Research initiative within the Design team and shape the right processes.

Competences :
You have 2-3+ years experience in User Research, preferably in tech companies.
You have a great background with qualitative research methods such as user interviews, usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
You have proven excellent communication skills, with strong ability to synthesize and communicate ideas.
You have analytical skills and enjoy measuring the impact of your actions
You are fluent in written and spoken English first
Bonus:
You have already worked for an international company
You have workshop planning and facilitation experience.
