Explore your future career 🔭

Provide creative and business-oriented product, regulatory and compliance advice to the business, public policy, product and engineering teams on a wide range of matters consumer protection, unfair competition, e-commerce, payments, privacy and tax.
Review and provide guidance on the launch of new products and initiatives.
Research complex and nuanced legal issues; create, update and maintain actionable guidelines.
Identify, analyze and advise on political developments and regulatory proposals in the EU and their potential impact on Malt’s business and products.
Manage and direct outside counsel in multiple jurisdictions in connection with regulatory and public policy activities and matters.
Deploying the Group's Internal Compliance Programs, in particular the Anti-Corruption PICs-Leading and promoting, with the Legal Director & Compliance, a compliance culture within the Group.
Organizing, coordinating and providing Compliance training for employees.
The organization and coordination of reporting and monitoring tools for Compliance programs.
The implementation, in collaboration with operational staff, of internal procedures and other Compliance tools.
Analysis of Compliance clauses in all contracts, and occasionally, support for commercial contract negotiations.
Evaluation and anticipation, through regular monitoring, of the impact of all legislative and regulatory changes on the Group's activities

About You :

  • Master 2 in law, ideally with a specialization in compliance and/or intellectual property law.
  • You have a minimum of 6 years of successful experience in Compliance acquired within a legal, compliance or export control department, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • International experience would be appreciated.
  • Fluent English required(e)
  • You have strong skills in contract law and compliance.
  • Problem solving, well organized and solution oriented(e)
  • Willing to think out of the box and innovate, legal engineering is fun.
  • Previous experience in a scale-up would be appreciated.
