📊 As a TA, you will:
- Use a multi channel sourcing approach to identify and contact A-players across the product spectrum (data, design, engineering, product, etc.)
- Assess candidates, ensuring their qualifications, ambitions and culture match with Malt
- Guide candidates through the interview process
- Guarantee the best candidate experience
- For successful candidates you will coordinate their arrival and onboarding
- Collaborate with the other TA Managers and tech leads to build our employer branding across events and social media
- Using data appropriately, we are KPI driven team, you will follow rigorously your pipeline of candidates and make sure your candidate NPS is great
👀 A little more about you :
- First experience in recruitment, ideally in a scale up with a focus on technical profiles
- Understanding of the IT landscape, you are comfortable having detailed conversations with anyone in a scale-up product team
- Ability to manage multichannel sourcing campaigns (LinkedIn, Github, X Ray…)
- Comfortable negotiating and closing candidates
- Curious, team player
- Fluent English
