Role description :
Global Prospection Ops works closely with the Global Head of BDA to scale the department globally(e)
This includes developing and standardizing processes, tools and KPIs across geographies with a strong focus on prospection (lead generation, outreach, etc.):
Run performance analysis and develop dashboards for the BDA team (e.g(e)sales funnel, ROI).
Be the daily partner of the Global Head of BDA and define strategic priorities/focus topicsIdentify best practices within the team, and ensure their larger adoption.
Develop new processes and ensure their adoption with other teams to enable higher performance of the BDA team.
Look for new tools and test or build them, support their development and ensure global adoptionGlobal Prospection Ops will report to the Global Sales Operations Manager

Profile

  • Experience in project management and strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and analysis.
  • Autonomous: ability to prioritize requests to respect tight deadline.
  • Analytical, can run performance analyzes and develop dashboards.
  • Not only analytical, you are also hands-on: develop and test technical solution yourself, build tools and processes and follow-up their adoption by business teamsProblem solving, well-organized and solution-oriented
- Screening of 45 min with Hamza, Talent Acquisition Manager, by Zoom on your current situation + your understanding of Malt and the job position
- Round 1 with Maria & Sebastien, Head of Sales Operations, to go more into details about your background and technical skills
- Round 2 is a Study Case, to be presented to Sébastien and VP Sales.
- Final interview with Sabine, VP Operations + reference taking
- Job offer to join Malt within 48 hours.
