Your mission

In the wake of hypergrowth, we are currently building up a global prospection team at Malt(e)We are looking for a committed Team Lead to push these efforts in France(e)

You will manage and grow a young and dynamic team of 4+ Business Development Associates (BDA)(e)The BDA team is our growth engine and therefore has a key strategic importance(e)

Your mission will be to build a strong outreach strategy and find innovative ways to establish first touchpoints with key decision makers(e)In this role, you’ll be reporting to our Global Head of Growth Operations and collaborate closely with our Sales Leadership to ensure sustainable growth of our sales pipeline.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive the success of prospection activities in the Enterprise Business Unit in France
  • Recruit, hire and manage a team of 4+ BDAs - strong headcount growth expected in 2023
  • Monitor and refine processes and tools to optimize lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate in a global team of BDAs to share best practices
  • Align with Sales Leadership on the overall prospection strategy and focus topics
  • Represent your team within Malt and share updates about priorities and results

Your profile

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in B2B Business Development working with Enterprise clients
  • Proven track record in outbound lead generation/prospection
  • Strong achievement focus and “hunger” to exceed results
  • 1+ years of experience in people management (incl(e)hiring, developing and retaining talent)
  • A real team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Full fluency in English, our common language here at Malt!
