Founded in 2017, Ovrsea is a new generation freight forwarder that uses technology to simplify and optimize international transportation for companies(e)We support more than 600 companies such as Engie, Vinci, Devialet, Sézane or even Nuxe in more than 60 countries in their international freight transport.
We allow our customers to manage all their transport issues in a few clicks from our web interface, from quotation to invoicing, by digitizing the entire transport tracking experience(e)We have also developed an in-house platform to facilitate the operational management of our customers' transports in order to best meet their needs in record time.

Since January 2021, we have joined forces with the Bolloré Group to accelerate our development(e)We want to double the size of our workforce and have already recruited 50 employees in 2021(e)By the end of 2022, we want to open 3 new offices internationally and thus expand on the international market!

What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Specialist at OVRSEA?
As a key player in our development ambition, you will participating of setting up a quality recruitment process and monitoring all recruitment actions to improve our impact(e)As a true expert, you will be responsible for supporting our hirings managers in all matters related to recruitment in order to optimize teamwork and make the process smoother.

Missions:
- Collaborate with Hirings Managers to understand their needs and support them
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment processes, centralize feedback and provide it to candidates
- Sort out the applications received and carry out screening calls
- Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Use all possible channels to reach the maximum number of candidates: headhunting, campus management, agencies, referrals, …
- Create the best possible candidate experience by highlighting our corporate culture
- Recruit the best interns candidates for OVRSEA,
Preferred Experience
- In last year of BAC+5 studies, you are looking for an internship/ work-study contract
- You are available from September 2022
- You are people centric ❤️
- You are rigorous and organized
- You have a fluid and efficient communication
- You have a good level of French and English, in the context of our international development
