Founded in 2017, Ovrsea is a new generation freight forwarder that uses technology to simplify and optimize international transportation for companies(e)We support more than 600 companies such as Engie, Vinci, Devialet, Sézane or even Nuxe in more than 60 countries in their international freight transport.

We allow our customers to manage all their transport issues in a few clicks from our web interface, from quotation to invoicing, by digitizing the entire transport tracking experience(e)We have also developed an in-house platform to facilitate the operational management of our customers’ transports in order to best meet their needs in record time.

Ovrsea, a fast-growing company …

The year 2021 has been strategic for Ovrsea : since January 2021, we have joined forces with the Bolloré Group to accelerate our development and we have recruited 50 people.

2022 promises to be an even more challenging year with the recruitment of 100+ people, the opening of 4 new international offices and thus the expansion on the international market! Moreover we plan to triple our revenue for the third year in a row.

What does a Sales Enablement Manager at Ovrsea ?

At Ovrsea, we have the privilege and the challenge to evolve in a complex and demanding market(e)Discussing with experts and listening sales interlocutors is crucial for our customers(e)That is why developing a best-in-class Sales culture and Sales skills have always been at the heart of our strategy.

As we are growing, we are now looking for an enablement professional who will bring us to the next level(e)As Sales Enablement manager, you will be responsible for working with teams across the organisation to design, develop and deliver enablement tools and programs that enhance the performance of revenue teams.

Your main challenge will be to improve individual Sales performance through enablement, while the sales team doubles and expands internationally.

The team

You will join the Revenue Operations team which works on transversal subjects at the heart of Ovrsea's strategy and in direct collaboration with Arthur, CEO and co-founder.

The Revenue Operations team supports the marketing and sales teams on missions that are mainly articulated around 3 pillars :

- Define and monitor the revenue strategy : performance analysis, co-construction of sales objectives
- Optimise our acquisition schemes : implementation of processes, tools and product features to optimise customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Support the growth of our sales and marketing teams: team structuring, continuous improvement of training, support to team leaders in managing their teams and projects

We have the privilege of building and deploying a sales strategy in a market that is poorly digitalised and complex(e)We are therefore pioneers in the field, and the challenge is exciting !

To give you some of our key challenges for 2022 :

- Reach more than one million euros of turnover in 3 new countries including the United States
- Improve our sales processes and our CRM to support the doubling of the sales team
- Develop our product and our sales to large companies (tenders, integration of subsidiary networks etc)
- You will report to Corentin, Revenue Operations lead, and work closely with the Sales VP and country managers.


Here is the list of the missions we offer you (non-exhaustive list) :

Monitoring the performance of Sales and marketing teams (30%) :

Data modelling to monitor team performance
In-depth data analysis to identify areas for improvement and maximise service quality and/or productivity
Implementation of new KPIs and required data feedback with the Tech team
Organisation of training and monitoring of the development of newcomers’ skills

Operational support to Sales teams (30%) :

Ad hoc analyses and support to Account Executives and Account Managers in the preparation of business reviews with our top clients
Help Alexander and the marketing team in our go-to-market initiatives in newly opened countries
Preparation of Sales team meetings with the help of Corentin

Project management (40%) :

End-to-end management (opportunity identification, framing/breakdown, prioritisation, orchestration and monitoring) of structuring projects aimed at improving our productivity or sales performance

Example of projects :

- Deploy a data enrichment tool in order to better qualify our leads
- Launch a new weekly reporting model for all Sales managers

Preferred experience :

  • You are a studying at a top business/engineering school or équivalent
  • You already have 6+ month work experience in a demanding environment, preferably with a strong data or project management component (consulting, fast growing start-up, ...)
  • You are a curious person, passionate and you want to give your all in an exciting entrepreneurial adventure
  • You are analytical and have an appetite for data, with advanced skills in Excel
  • You are able to work on different projects simultaneously, in French & English
