About the team

As an integral part of the Customer Support organisation, the Support Operations and Strategy team is responsible for delivering improvements and identifying opportunities for Aircall Global Customer Support to strengthen its position within the market and achieve its goals(e)We achieve this as a team with projects, ongoing expert management of our ecosystem, as well as training and enablement of our business function(e)Our Operations team is highly collaborative, and we aim to deliver on our objectives in a collaborative and supportive way(e)We aim to have professional development baked into our goals, and you will be encouraged to challenge yourself and learn along the way.

We are looking for a talented Support Enablement Specialist who will work closely with our Customer Support team as well as the Product and Product Marketing teams to ensure we empower our Support team to deliver the best possible customer experience to our clients(e)

Your mission @ Aircall :

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that our training and development processes are executed and continuously improved. 
  • Work closely with our Support and Product teams to produce excellent content to enable our support team on an ongoing basis. 
  • You will produce training materials using our Learning Management Platform and webinars.
  • When we undergo large changes, you will drive the enablement side of change management.
  • As we onboard new hires, you will be responsible for the successful enablement of these team members with our 30-60-90 plans.
  • You will help deliver improvements to our Knowledge Base and product documentation as needed. 
  • You will have an eye for continuous improvement and follow best practices to make our training and development offerings, processes and experiences world-class.
  • Work alongside our Data Analyst, Project Manager, Knowledge and Training specialists to deliver Operation projects and bring ideas to life.
  • Work closely with our global learning and development team to work cross functionally and support organization-wide initiatives. 
  • Follow all prescribed governance, safety and security procedures.
  • Develop new programs and initiatives that aid in the achievement of Key Performance Indicators.

A little more about you:

  • You have three or more years of Customer Support experience, including some mentoring, lead or you have previous experience in facilitating enablement in this area. 
  • You have professional experience with Learning Management Systems as a course designer or content creator in a medium to large organisation.
  • Previous experience in a Learning facilitator, course developer, internal training, onboarding, or organisational training is strongly preferred.
  • You are creative and passionate about training and development.
  • You love working with others to deliver projects collaboratively.
  • Are keen to grow and develop your career, and eager to make lasting impacts and improvements.
