About the role :

Aircall is looking for an outstanding Strategic Partner Manager to help build and develop our partner program across the SaaS and telecom ecosystems in the Iberia and Latam regions. 

This role is about strategically creating, enabling and nurturing partner relationships within the Salesforce and Zendesk ecosystems to generate new revenue(e)More specifically, the responsibilities in this role are the following :

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Drive engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue through integration partners for Iberia & Latam (mainly Salesforce & Zendesk)
  • Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners’ different stakeholders (AEs, CSMs, SEs, and leadership) to increase awareness of the Aircall integrations
  • Channel Partnership building : connect and nurture relationships with the channel community from the Salesforce and Zendesk ecosystems (implementation partners and consultancies)
  • Sales collaboration : Identify, structure, negotiate and guide deals in collaboration with our direct sales and other customer-facing teams within Aircall
  • Partner enablement : prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate partners’ enablement, acquisition and revenue
  • Partner Management : ensure pipeline optimisation with your partners to exceed sales goals
  • Keep track of and meet your pipeline goals as well as revenue quota from your portfolio of partners


  • In order to be successful in this role, you would need to meet most of the following criteria : 

Partner Account Manager's skills :

  • Fluent in both English & Spanish
  • Master’s degree in a business-related field
  • Team player mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A natural ability to connect with people in an empathetic and open-minded way
  • Experience in working/leveraging marketing for campaign management
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales related role
  • Account management experience 
  • Used and good understanding of CRMs (Salesforce and Zendesk are musts)
  • Willingness to travel in the region if needed (approx(e)10% of your working hours) 

  • You would be outstanding if you have the following (these are not mandatory skills) : 

  • Experience collaborating with the Salesforce and/or Zendesk organizations 
  • Previous experience working in the SaaS or Telecom industry
  • Experience with partner management
  • Additional language skills in one of the following languages : Italian, Portuguese
