Since Malt's acquisition of COMATCH, leading marketplace for independent consultants, our company is now also European market leader in freelancing(e)As a consolidated marketplace, we are growing and will be 600 employees strong by the end of 2022(e)COMATCH and Malt have combined locations in eleven countries.
As we grow, we are looking for new talent to join our Business Development International Team.
The international team covers the geographies that COMATCH does not have a physical office in(e)It does business in various markets and focuses on developing the most promising ones(e)It acts as incubator for future spin-offs of geographical teams and potentially future offices with an intrepreneurial team spirit(e)A career in the team can evolve with the importance of a certain geography or in continuing to open new markets for COMATCH.
Join the team for a 6 months internship !
Your new role
- Development and implementation of strategic projects in business development with focus on industrial customers
- Support of the Business Development International team in defining new business opportunities, acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing clients
- Support in lead generation and lead qualification
- Development and implementation of project recommendations
- Support of the Business Development International team in identifying market-relevant projects/consulting needs and their transformation in concrete project proposals
- Preparation of slides/documents to support the team activity
Your profile
- Excellent bachelor’s/ master’s degree from a reputable university
- Available from January 2023 for a 6 months internship
- First professional experience, e.g(e)internships
- English skills on a native level, Arabic language is a plus
- High affinity for the consulting business and fun at work in one of the most successful digital start-ups in Germany
- You are a team player, have a good drive, bring a hands-on mentality with you
- Strategic thinker, who approaches challenges in a structured way and is passionate about finding solutions
- An entrepreneurial innovator, who seizes opportunities and gets stuff done
