Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the partnership team and define the overall Alliance & Channel strategy for the EMEA region.
  • Develop operational partnerships plans by countries and ensure local execution in collaboration with the regional sales team.
  • Assist the team in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements.Help set and drive product strategy and new business opportunities with key partners.
  • Be an advocate for internal and external partners.
  • Identify and scale best practices across new and existing partners.
  • Build a strong opportunity pipeline of technology and telco brands through business development that leads to new partnerships and significant revenue growth for Aircall.
  • Champion growth for Aircall, communicate strategy and gain buy-in from internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Work closely with the leadership, product, technology, sales, marketing to ensure that partnership strategy is in line with business initiatives and generate indirect revenue growth.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • Strong academic background.
  • Many years of strategic partnership management, business development and/or consulting.
  • Experience in SaaS/Cloud environments(e)
  • A pure consulting background could be considered.
  • Experience in a leadership role, managing a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent understanding of partner business and what drives partner behaviors and decision-making.
  • Experience of contract negotiating and managing commercial performance with a partner.
  • Proven track record of creating new complex, creative and impactful revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships at the executive level and negotiate complex contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex concepts and processes.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and love of data, with an understanding of how to evaluate and impact business performance through data.
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate.
  • Fluent in French & English.
