We are looking for someone who will orchestrate the Onboarding experience, from the first touch points before Day 1 to the end of the onboarding.

A proven creative, organized, collaborative approach to work will set you apart from your peers.

In this role you will:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end communications, scheduling, and coordination of new employee onboarding (about  60 new hires per month currently, based all over the globe).
  • Ensure new hires are well equipped when they arrive at Dataiku: laptops, screen, badges… you will coordinate with our IT, HR and Happiness team to remove any blockers there would be.
  • Be the face of our end-to-end employee onboarding experience, logistical support (checking travel authorizations, booking flights, hotels and meeting rooms), facilitation and speakers identification.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops on soft skills we value in Dataiku’s culture (3 to 4 sessions/week).
  • Act as a go-to-person to new employees. 
  • Creating and updating all documentation related to onboarding.
  • Introduce new hires to current employees, and to internal groups & communities (sports, hobbies, ERGs, board games etc.)
  • Ensure new joiners are enabled to develop cross-cultural and cross-functional networks within the company.
  • Collect  feedback and use research to improve our onboarding experience.

You might be a good fit if you have/are:

  •  At least 1 year of experience coordinating international (virtual and face-to-face) events, or experience in creating large scale programs and coordinating global projects
  • Strong organization & planning skillsFacilitation / public speaking skills
  • Problem-solving oriented
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
  • Perfect balance between empathy and process driven
  • Proven track record with effective cross-team  & collaborative work
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt to change
  • Enjoying high-level planning as much as detailed daily tasks
