Dataiku is looking for a CSR Project Coordinator to join our CSR team(e)As part of the Culture team, you will be a spokesperson of our company’s values, visions.
The CSR team is responsible for ensuring sustainability is at the heart of our company culture by enabling everyone’s understanding and engagement with the issues at stake(e)
By reporting to the CSR Manager, you will support the implementation of Dataiku’s CSR and climate policies, coordinate the CSR working group, define action plans with sponsoring teams and ensure their roll-out(e)The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen understanding and ability to monitor ESG and CSR trends and regulations.
You will handle multiple projects in parallel: communicating to internal and external stakeholders with various backgrounds(e)You will further leverage Dataiku’s platform to better fulfil CSR challenges(e)To meet your goals, you will easily shift from a project coordinator to a doer mindset(e)The position requires a combination of project management and technical skills in a very dynamic environment.
You will be the Sales team’s go-to information point for completion of clients’ Requests for Information (“RFI” or “RFP”) on ESG topics.
You will be in charge of the following :
- Work with Dataiku’s CSR Manager on the production / updates of Dataiku’s CSR policies and corresponding action plans (drafting, stakeholder sign-off, communications, implementation…)
- Support resulting initiatives from framing to roll-out and communication
- Collaborate and build partnerships with team to ensure transversal endorsement of ESG/CSR topics
- Monitor company’s carbon footprint to set pertinent reduction goals and transversal action plans
- Orchestrate Climate ambassadors: agenda, plans, follow-ups, … to ensure climate roadmaps’ delivery
- Support the upskilling of Dataikers on climate action - Create and implement educational campaigns on individual and corporate agency in adapting and mitigating the climate crisis
- Create, improve and sustain climate action KPIs and sustainability ops dashboards on Dataiku platform
- Make the CSR team more data-driven by experimenting with DSS projects
- Complete Dataiku’s yearly UN Global Compact commitments - scope UN SDG objectives and achieve set goals
- Produce Dataiku’s annual Corporate Social Responsibility report and all related documents (blog article, PR)
- RFP/RFI management: support CSR Manager in answering RFPs
- Recurrent benchmark of regulation, institutional changes
- Coordinate Sustainable Supplier Strategy in collaboration with Marketing & Office Management teams
- Carry out climate action discussions and partnerships with external stakeholders
You are a good fit if…
- You have a Master Degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant domains - data science, management, sustainable development, natural/environmental sciences, engineering
- You are passionate about CSR and more specifically climate action.
- You have strong project management / coordination skills(e)
- You are comfortable operating in a global environment with a distributed team
- You have very strong people skills: ability of working with a wide range of cultures and personalities, federating diverse profiles in shared initiatives
- You have excellent written and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts to engage people
- You have an analytical mindset(e)Dataiku lives by its promise of embedding all processes in AI - including sustainability.
- You know how to navigate in a fast-paced environment(e)
- You know how to both be attentive on the day-to-day and put things in perspective to prioritise tasks and maximise your impact.
- You are autonomous(e)Capable of defining action plans aligned with objectives and delivering them with limited support.
- You are fluent in English
It is a plus if :
- You have a certification or master in sustainability
- You have an experience in the CSR field (previous internship or charitable engagements)
- You have worked with Dataiku DSS and/or Tableau
- You have experience working with international teams
- You speak french, spanish
