About the role

The Office Manager is at the heart of the culture and employee experience in Paris(e)Your mission is to make sure we have the best offices in terms of physical work environment, culture and events(e)Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will also work closely with all the Malt leaders.

As an Office Manager, your missions will be

  • Manage the day-to-day life of the office in Paris
  • Ensure the office is properly stocked (from pens and pencils to coffee…)
  • Build relationships with local providers (e.g(e)cleaning company) and manage the contracts
  • Support the onboarding of new Malters, ensuring they have the best experience when starting to work at Malt
  • Plan social events (team breakfasts, lunches, afterworks ...) to help with culture and employee engagement
  • Help organise an annual offsite for the team
  • Work with the community team on local events for our community of freelancers

About you

  • Your education is not important, but minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar environment is necessary
  • Rigorous and reliable, you know how to organise and prioritise your different tasks
  • Strong sense of service
  • Natural problem solver, when you see something that needs fixing you find a way
  • Fluent english and french
