Customer Success is at the heart of Aircall(e)We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills that is looking to help customers succeed(e)You will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing client base to ensure they help their businesses grow with Aircall!

What you would do as a CSM :

  • Grow and nurture a portfolio of VIP customers in the French Market
  • Maximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction
  • Gather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap
  • Develop and automate our processes, practices & tools
  • Bring in new ideas to delight our customers

What we're looking for :

  • A first work experience in a similar environment (sales, customer relations, customer service, marketing) would be highly appreciated.
  • You're a natural communicator.
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • You appreciate and aim for structure and processes in your work.
  • You are comfortable working in both English and/or French(e)
