The Billing Operations Associate will be coordinating all billing related system, improve them from a business and operational standpoint
Your mission @aircall :
- Coordinate all billing systems or related systems
- Define, document and implement improvements within those systems
- Maintenance of billing systems with the IT team and Tech teams.
- Assist and consult on project management
- Conduct testing and reports

- Strong organizational skills
- Analytical mind
- Ability to learn and master complex tools
- Knowledge of customer accounting- Knowledge transfer ability
- Active listening
- Curious and prone to testing
- Meticulous
- Participation in at least one project management
- 2 years of experience working with complexe systems
Process
