As an early member of the global IT team, we are looking for a player-coach who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and taking on frontline support, while scaling the team and balancing project work and planning(e)You are proactive, creative, and enjoy interacting with other people(e)

This role is suited to an operationally-minded individual who has a broad range of technical experience across different IT disciplines, who is excited to scale themselves along with the IT systems, processes, and infrastructure in a rapid growth environment.

Your mission @Aircall:

  • Manage IT Support team in a lead capacity, through assignment of work and coordination of team personnel(e)
  • You will need to drive the outsourced support team and in the near future, drive local resources in the different regions where Aircall is operating.
  • Resolve hardware and application requests within the help of the IT team
  • Manage our ITSM (Jira Service Management) and drive continuous improvement for the IT team
  • Responsible for resource and time management for the day to day tasks of the IT Support Team
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues
  • Develop KPIs and track team progress over time
  • Responsible for managing IT projects related to Support, from conception to completion with the help of the project manager
  • Driving team initiatives and prioritize active work by assigning support tasks based on the current needs of the business  
  • Assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting
  • Make recommendations for the improvement of the Aircall’s IT department
  • Seek opportunities for improvement, take ownership, closely work with IT leadership and business partners to drive service and process improvement
  • Assist in office relocations, expansions, and densifications in home office and remote locations.
  • Lead trainings for employees as part of onboardingMaintain and contribute to an internal knowledge base of technical documentation
  • Player coach – lead from the front – key contributor through help desk

A little about you:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent understanding of Apple hardware and macOS
  • Experienced Google administrator, familiar with managing domains, security/OAuth, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of endpoint management strategies with experience using different MDM solutions (Jamf)
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITILAbility to attend to detail and respond swiftly to work demand
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
