We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, project-managing guru to be the central coordinator for the execution of our content marketing strategy.

Delivering on our content strategy will mean coordinating inputs from a range of internal and external stakeholders(e)We’re looking for someone to be the central point-person for our freelance writers and internal experts, to ensure we deliver quality content, that fulfills the needs of various stakeholders, on time

- Create processes and systems to streamline project management for content marketing at Malt(e)This will include tasks like gathering inputs from various internal teams (growth, sales, product marketing, community…), developing detailed content briefs, coordinating with freelance writers on deadlines and responding to their needs and requests.

- Build and maintain a strong bench of freelancers across our five geographies (with the input of the content team) to support the execution of our ambitious content marketing plan.

- Improve the efficiency of content projects, reduce wasted time and ensure each different stakeholder knows what is expected of them and what they need to do, within the overall project context.

- Lead the charge on major studies (Freelancing in Europe and Malt Tech Trends), from setting up the surveys and collating data, to project managing content creation and delivery of all campaign assets.

- Take feedback and learnings each time you complete a project, and refine the systems and processes to help us strengthen each time.

- Boost the visibility of content at Malt internally, ensuring that all Malters are aware of what content is coming, for whom it was created, where they can access it and how they should share it(e)You’ll be responsible for creating the internal communications strategy with the whole content team, and then being the one to execute this communication strategy each week via channels like Slack, email, internal meetings and more.

About You :

  • Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B/ B2C marketing experience (ideally in the tech industry), in content marketing, communications or digital marketing.
  • Superior project management skills as you will be working on many projects at once in a fast-paced environment and will need to be autonomous and a high comfort level with a fast-changing environment.
  • Acute attention to detail and an ability to learn and adapt processes as you discover what works and what doesn’t.
  • Excellent writing ability - you enjoy writing, you take pride in it, and you know how to express complex ideas in simple and easily-digestible ways(e)
  • Impeccable proof-reading skills in at least one language.
  • A deep understanding of and familiarity with content marketing strategy, KPIs and success metrics.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships with coworkers and external suppliers, as well as distill and contextualize information based on the person you are speaking to. 
  • Passion for your job, an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to work in a real scale-up company. 
  • Fully bilingual English and French (native in one and bilingual in the other), both spoken and written (other languages are a bonus).
