About the role

As Marketing Campaign Manager, reporting to the Marketing Operations Senior Manager, and as a key member of the Growth Team, your main mission will be to build and execute marketing campaigns targeted both at our B2B and freelancer audiences.

You will develop and lead a comprehensive portfolio of campaigns to nurture, engage and convert our prospects as well as drive adoption and cross/up sell for our existing customers and freelancers.

1) Ensure the creation and update of automated campaigns in our marketing automation tool (Hubspot)
2) Produce and distribute email campaigns dedicated to our B2B and freelance audiences
3) Imagine and experiment new emailing techniques (messages, frequency, etc.) as part of our Growth processes

As a Campaign Manager

  • Develop and project lead integrated campaigns, both online and traditional, in partnership with the rest of the marketing team, stepping in to fill in gaps as necessary
  • Align with Field Marketing Managers to develop/incorporate region specific programs
  • Build strong, data driven marketing campaigns to drive engagement and tie in with product specific campaigns
  • Run the campaign calendar and email cadence to ensure optimal engagement and prevent list fatigue
  • Partner with the Acquisition, Content, Communications, Freelancer Community, and Social Media teams to align multi-channel execution (emailing creation or validation, landing pages...)
  • Document your best practices in our knowledge base and create templates to empower other teams and support their autonomy
  • Analyze and segment customer data to help define prospect and customer with high engagement and revenue potential
  • Establish goals and critical metrics for campaigns based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and revenue impact
  • Identify gaps in our organization and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to improve our performance

Prefered experience

  • 2-3 years experience in managing a marketing automation tool (ideally Hubspot) or managing campaigns
  • Rigorous, analytical, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Html / CSS would be a plus
  • Fluency in German and/or Spanish would be a big plus

  • Round 1 with Alex to go more into details about your background and technical skills
  • Round 2 is a Study Case, to be presented.
  • Final interview with Jean-Baptiste + reference taking
  • Job offer to join MalT within 48 hours.
