About the role:
We are currently looking for an outstanding intern to join our EMEA Alliance Partnerships Team as a Business Operations Specialist - Will that be you?
Who are we? Aircall is building the leading app ecosystem for voice(e)Our platform integrates seamlessly with popular productivity and helpdesk tools, who make up our Alliance partners(e)Our team’s goal is to increase engagement, generate revenue, and improve our relationships with our strategic partners (Salesforce, Hubspot, Intercom, Zendesk, Pipedrive...).
What are Business Operations? We define business operations to be tasks and activities that provide the Alliance Team with additional operational efficiency and monetary value.
Your mission @Aircall:
- We need your technical expertise and skills to maintain and improve our business operations(e)You will assist the Alliance Partnership managers and team members in implementing, challenging, and improving our operational efficiency to obtain the following objectives:
- Reinforce the efficiency of existing processes and/or provide structure for dealing with business.
- Oversee the backend process of our sales operations, where you will track and recover deals that bring additional revenue to the company.
- Manage ongoing projects that define interactions and working mechanisms with other internal teams at Aircall.
- Use Salesforce extensively for reporting, data analytics, and intelligence gathering in order to transform ideas into actionable processes.
- Provide and improve processes for cross-functional cooperation between the Alliance Partnership Team and other internal teams at Aircall (ex(e)Sales, Marketing and Customer Success).
- Monitor and review the sales pipeline to track and recover Alliance Partnership opportunities.
- Review and adjust existing workflows across the Alliance Partnerships team to increase productivity based on relevant KPIs.
- Cooperate with the Channel-side of the Aircall Partnerships team to increase work cohesion and consistency.
- Work with our Alliance Marketing EMEA manager and provide her with the necessary resources.
A little more about you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree .Prior experience working in Business Operations / Business Development / Sales / Management or in a SaaS environment or Startup.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace - Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Tech enthusiast, and most importantly interested in the SaaS ecosystem.
- Team player, resourceful, collaborative, insightful, analytical and enthusiastic. Initiative-driven and motivated by challenges and complexities.
- Fluent in both English and French.
