We are currently looking for a Brand Project Manager to support the brand team in the creation and deployment of Malt across France and Europe(e)Your objective will be to make Malt the preferred brand for freelancers and customers alike.

Working closely with the entire marketing and communication team, you will manage and implement integrated communication campaigns, write creative briefs, monitor online and offline campaigns as well as activations and execute on brand projects. 

In line with Malt's brand strategy you will:
-Develop and manage workflows and processes in partnership with creative leads, product managers, designers, engineers, etc.
-Organise the production of graphic and editorial content for the brand and ensure the coherence of our brand platform on all media (internal and external). 
- Lead end-to-end brand projects, working directly with our agencies, freelancers and our internal creative studio(e)Taks include: writing briefs, sourcing service providers, managing budgets, ensuring logistical support, etc.).
- Contribute to the success of integrated marketing campaigns (working with communication, growth and field marketing teams) from the initial brief to performance monitoring.

Required Profile

  • Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an advertising/communication agency or in a company brand team (ideally in the tech industry, either B2B or B2C) 
  • Excellent project management skills (writing briefs, managing budget, timeline and ROI)
  • Demonstrated experience managing brand and content projects
  • Capability to produce online and offline content including: videos, banners, printed brochure, etc.
  • A creative and open-minded spirit (thinking outside of the box is part of your skillset)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French 
  • Creative, curious, detail-oriented, autonomous and organised with a good sense of humour 
*Screening of 30 min with Hamza, Talent Acquisition Manager, by Zoom to discuss your current situation + your understanding of Malt and the job position
*Round 1 with Rémi to go more into details about your background and technical skills
*Round 2 is a Case Study to be presented.
*Final interview with Ségolène, CMO + reference taking
