About the role:

The mission of our global Customer Marketing team is to enable customers to achieve and recognise value from Aircall (so that they will renew, expand, and recommend us to others) through value-added marketing and communication campaigns(e)The right candidate for this role will proudly wear our value of Customer Obsession as a badge of honour.

We are looking for an Associate Customer Marketing Manager, who can speak both French and English, to join our growing Customer Marketing team(e)The Associate Customer Marketing Manager will work with our Customer Success and Product Marketing Managers to develop action-oriented customer communications and marketing campaigns, with the aim of enabling Aircall customers to thrive(e)You will make a significant impact as the third customer marketer on this new and growing team, which sits within the Product Marketing department.

Your mission @ Aircall:

  • Develop a proactive customer communications strategy, including scalable templates, in coordination with internal leaders.
  • Align with our Brand team to keep a consistent brand voice across all marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Contribute out-of-the-box ideas and expertise for new customer marketing programs, as well as improvements to existing programs.
  • Own the customer communications email calendar and eventually become the primary Marketo expert on the Customer Marketing team.
  • Drive customer action with coordinated product launch activities in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers.
  • Execute innovative, on-brand programs using channels such as email, in-product messaging, webinars, and other tactics that help customers unlock value.
  • Prioritise and implement requests for customer communications, working with diverse teams across the company.
  • Manage our monthly customer newsletter and find ways to continue to improve the process, layout, and content.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of customer marketing and communication initiatives.

A little more about you:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a B2B marketing or customer-facing role, such as customer success, support or sales
  • Interest working cross-culturally and cross-functionally on a global team
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and French
  • Firm understanding of B2B marketing, especially SaaS
  • Ability to seek out, interpret, and synthesise relevant data across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills
  • Bias to action, proactive, and innovative by natureDisplay customer empathy, adaptability, curiosity, and attention to detail in everything you do
  • Experience using Marketo, Salesforce, or other comparable marketing and sales tools is a big plus
