We are looking for an Field Marketing Associate for a 1 year apprenticeship to join the Marketing team. You will be in charge of b2b events for the French market to raise awareness around the future of work and generate business opportunities. You will work hand in hand with the b2b event manager and closely with several stakeholders of the Marketing & Sales teams (Social Media, Content, Brand, Growth, Sales), you will be in charge of supporting all marketing activities, with a big focus on events in an international environment(e)You will be involved in a wide range of strategic and operational projects.
Your missions will be
- Support the field marketing team in executing the activities (lead generation campaigns/nurtures, field events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars and digital tactics) to support our revenue & lead generation objectives
- Manage 3rd parties in the execution of programs (caterer, goodies providers, location renting etc.)
- Work cross-functionally with sales, brand and communication teamsSupport the field marketing manager with lead generation funnel process (lead qualification in salesforce, lead assignment, bugs reporting etc.)
- Support Track and measure all marketing programs
Experience & skills:
- Already 1 experience in marketing / event management
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative
- Strong project management skills; attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is extremely important

- Interview with Mylène and Marthe (Events Manager), to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
- Home assignment to prepare in order to evaluate your hard skills
- Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in January 2023 !
