This market is very niche and yet it represents 100 billion euros(e)In order to meet customer needs, WeMaintain has recently moved into fire safety systems through an acquisition in the sector.

🎯 About the role?

The Revenue Operations team is made up of Maeva (SalesOps Manager), Flory (Head RevOps), 2 Salesforce developers, and 1 Product designer.
Together, we are a super squad that has one purpose: enabling a great user experience and sending reliable data regarding revenue operations to the Sales, Ops & Finance teams.

The next projects for your future team? 
- Data management and compliance (managing contracts for invoicing, scalability of processes, and maintaining fluidity)
- Enhance the relationship between Salesforce / Back-end
- Many other subjects

There is a lot of freedom of action in this role(e)So, we expect a lot of proposals from you.

Main tasks:
- Customize Interface and Entities
- Develop custom logic (APEX) and component (LWC)
- Use sfdx source tracking to iterate and test code
- Design solutions with the Sales Teams & the Sales Ops manager
- Supervise Salesforce administrative and maintenance activities
- Use lean & agile methodologies to deploy and organize work
- Update the documentation
- Synchronisation with other teams (business and architecture)
- Ensure feasibility of tickets and development
- Monitor, manage and ensure the development of Salesforce developers
- Define and monitor Salesforce codebase best practices and standards
- Misc, we are still a start-up!

👑 You are the right person for us if:
- You master APEX, SFDX, lightning flow, and Javascript
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
- You know step back to gain a better understanding of the global environment
- You are recognised as a proactive and pedagogic person
- You have capabilities as a Software engineer (quality, testing, architecture) and know other technologies than Salesforce
- You are able to sharing yours best practices
