You will join the Field services squad, a multidisciplinary team composed of 6 peoples, developers, UX designers and product managers(e)You will be working in an international environment and have to consider each country's specificities (France, Singapore and England).

The challenge for your future team? Working on the application on the technician side and solving all the operational problems that the technicians can meet, for example: performance improvement, maintenance of automatic doors, subcontractors access to the app(e)Make sure that all operations (maintenance, work, etc.) are managed as well as possible.

As Technical Leader of the squad you will be responsible for managing, challenging and monitoring the development of your team(e)You will also be in charge of implementing and ensuring the application of best practices within the team(e)You will also be responsible for the productivity of your team and you will be managed by Gaultier, our Lead Front-end Developer.

Your main task:
As Technical Leader, you will :
- Hands-on : Continue to make code (React Native)
- Do a code review with the people in your squad
- Evangelise good practice to your team and to all the people in engineering
- Ensure the productivity and well-being of your team
- Share your knowledge and help others to develop their skills
- Manage and challenge your team

You are the right person for us if:
- You are a person withat least 5 to 7 years of varied experience(techno, subject etc) but you know React, iOS and Android,
- You have already led a small team and are known for it,
- You have already worked on a product in scale,
- You are a federator and an evangelist for the adoption of best practices by your team and all the people you will be working with,
- You are curious and love to discover and test new technologies, maybe you have some personal projects to share with us
- You are motivated to make the mobile chapter shine,
- You are not afraid to structure and restructure the team,
- You are a good communicator, you can also work asynchronously,
