As part of the Commerce team and directly reporting to the Senior Lead, Responsible Offer, you are in charge of structuring ManoMano responsible offer and enabling its performance via selection and onsite optimisation & preconisations(e)You have a strong appetite for sustainability and you bring your previous experience of retail / e-commerce / promotional activities / merch to reinforce our capabilities(e)You are the front ambassador of our responsible offer. Your role will involve working directly with our teams (CatMan, Promo, Product) and your inputs are built to be easily activable by your stakeholders.
Your day to day responsibilities:
Merch:
Define and operate how we sell our responsible products on the website to increase their visibility and adapt the purchasing experience to the categories and the customers’ expectations (build responsible offer hub page, leverage sustainability attributes, sustainability playlists, promoted filters, performance management, SEO / Advice, cross sell & “ecosell”...).
Collaborate with the Feature Teams for the co-development of new merchandising functionalities.
Commercial operations:
Build responsible product selections for our responsible offer hubpage and ad hoc commercial operations.
Work closely with the promotion team to push and animate responsible selections in order to bring additional value to our visitors.
Content:
Work closely with our Advice & Comms team on the content accompanying our responsible offer (corporate page, tipsheets, blogs, etc).
Overall, you will also:
Be up to date of market consumption trends and market competitions dynamics, build and share dedicated market study if needed.
Contribute to the development of product substitution / exclusion strategies as well sustainable projects and services opportunities (shop the room, etc).
Must have :
You already have at least 5 years of experience on similar responsibilities
You know retail or e-commerce and you are at ease with project management
Your understanding of the markets, your knowledge of products and customers is like no other : customer experience is your priority
Leadership, ability to deal with ambiguity
Good business and strategic senses
You are solution and result-oriented and you respond effectively to deadlines
You are curious and looking for a new challenge, in a digital, fast paced and international environment
Caring, curious and open minded
Speaking English
Nice to have:
Previous experience in developing a sustainable offer
Previous experience in HI environment
