As a member of the Learning & Change team, you help Mano Mano transform into a Learning Organisation, capitalizing on all opportunities for development(e)Depending on the situations, you act as a consultant, an expert, a project manager, a facilitator to make the shift in learning offering and mechanisms for continuous improvement happen.
Your missions are to bring solutions to life to feed all Man@s with opportunities to develop in their roles, whatever their functions and their levels within the company(e)You are more specifically responsible for all subjects dedicated to Managerial culture and Change management(e)You help all divisions of Mano Mano identify opportunities for development, co-build solutions with them and support change among the teams.

More specifically your main activities include:

Complex and company-wide project management : 
- You are the project manager of a portfolio of transformation programs and change management activities within the company, starting with the implementation of common foundations of  “A la Mano” Management practices ;
- Inspiring from the Design Thinking approach, you bring structure to transversal projects with a careful attention to needs collection, problem identification, ideation, testing prototype and deployment, involving necessary contributors at all levels of the organization ;
- You are in charge of managing expectations, maintaining an ad hoc RACI matrix, with appropriate level of involvement(e)You maintain the engagement of all levels of stakeholders, including eTeam with a proper level of communication ;
- You monitor and share regular reporting on deployment and performance for both the build and the run of the projects you manage ;
- You animate collaborative workshops, leveraging collective intelligence processes and tools, set new practices as an example of transversal collaboration beyond silos.

Learning & Development :
- You contribute to the communication of the value proposition brought by the L&C department by participating in learning communities, supporting learning initiatives in all departments (eg: Tech Academy, CSS onboarding, …), sharing best practices, helping to identify and address learning needs ;
- You are in charge of the build and animation of the internal Mano Trainers community, that aims at building common quality standards of learning @ Mano Mano (including shared pedagogy engineering, templates, animation tricks, tools, etc), nurturing them and sharing them throughout the organization ;
- You support Tech, Business and HR teams with the build of ad hoc learning paths by identifying business needs, translating them into skills sets to develop, and selecting appropriate blended learning offers, either internal or external, with the support of the team members in charge of the catalog.

Change management :
- You help develop, nurture and share a set of “change management” methodology & tools to address situations identified with Business or Tech teams(e)You train and equip them to support the company at scale ;
- You design and share mechanisms that support continuous improvement at all levels of the company: rituals, templates, events, etc(e);
- You contribute to the overall improvement of the L&C team ability to support change by sharing methodology, analysis and experiences.


PROFILE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENT

- University degree or equivalent experience ;
- 10+ years of experience in complex project management involving C-Levels, ideally in a tech or scale environment, leveraging mechanisms for collective intelligence ;
- Experience in organizational change management consulting (internal or external consulting - mastering change management and engagement tools) and ideally in Training (engineering and/or animation) ;
- You have a great ability to connect, collaborate with and engage a large range of stakeholders, including senior leaders of the organization ;
- You have excellent communication abilities to speak about your projects, both on short-term deliverables and long-term perspectives(e)You make an ideal mix of proven methodology and open creativity ;
- Experience in workshops design and facilitation, ideally in a learning purpose ;
- Analytical with emotional intelligence, able to work effectively in a in fast-paced environment ;
- English and French fluent.
