THE ROLE
The operations team is looking for Site Partnership Manager to manage site relationships, help them get matched with pharmaceutical trials in the Inato marketplace, and troubleshoot issues as they begin activation and enrollment(e)The role reports to the Head of Site Partnerships.
? Responsibilities
Site Onboarding
- Onboard sites to the Inato platform and ensure the site community understands the marketplace’s value.
- Work with sites to keep their profiles up-to-date so they can be matched to upcoming trials.
- Build strong relationships with sites to keep them engaged and satisfied with Inato’s offerings.
Site Selection
- Evaluate site capabilities so we recommend the candidates with the highest likelihood of trial success to sponsors.
- Regularly meet with sites to ensure their applications are accurately completed on-time and that they understand next steps in the selection process.
Site Performance
- Help sites troubleshoot issues to ensure effective trial performance.
- Be sites’ advocate and work with project management team to help escalate site issues to sponsors.
Other Responsibilities
- Manage internal tools to ensure all stakeholders are up-to-date on-site progress through trials.
- Regularly collaborate with colleagues across operations, products, and more!
? Requirements
- 3-5 years of managing relationships with clients as a Customer Success, Project Management, Account Manager or equivalent
- Experience working in the clinical trials industry
- A fluent level in English (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with great follow-up skills
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts
- Motivated by the idea of having a large impact and learning quickly in a fast-growing startup
