WHO WE ARE
Inato is a tech-for-good company striving to bring clinical research to each and every patient, regardless of who they are or where they live(e)To do this, we are building the world's first clinical trial marketplace to create greater visibility, access, and engagement across a more diverse population of doctors and their patients.
Drug development is a challenging, intellectually complex, and rewarding endeavor: we enable global pharmaceutical companies to confidently partner with community-based researchers to increase patient access to the latest medical innovations(e)The marketplace currently offers clinical trials from leading companies to over 1,000 sites across the globe(e)And we are well poised for growth in 2022.
We have a growing team of passionate pharmaceutical experts and software engineers, professional service members, and many more - all bringing their unique perspective to solve the challenges facing clinical research(e)Our team members live by our company values to be bold, resilient, caring, and pragmatic(e)If this sounds like you, join us!
OUR CURRENT SCOPE
For the months to come, we plan to deliver on 3 product lanes all craving for the leadership of an experienced Product Manager:
Lane 1: ? PARTNER
The first lane is to drastically improve the main feature we have on the marketplace(e)Feature being: hospitals can efficiently showcase their capacity to enroll X patients over a clinical trial(e)Then be selected with heightened chances by the pharma company(e)What we have today is a strong but pragmatic V1 full of improvable parts.
Lane 2: ? PERFORM
The second lane is to bring the next logical missing piece of the marketplace, that will ensure that hospitals indeed reach their trial objectives(e)Their end goal is to enroll the number of patients they initially committed to(e)
For that, we are developing a Reward Program that aims at motivating hospitals to share their performance, their issues and let us help them(e)If they end up performing, the program will unlock them, among other things, access to new clinical trials.
Lane 3: ? CONNECT
The third lane is to better qualify our pool of hospitals(e)This will help our sales team to convince pharmas to add their trials on Inato(e)It will also allow us to more confidently project the performance of our product, like the number of hospitals that a pharma can expect to select through Inato(e)
For this, we have ideas to explore: build-up hospital profiles, get hospitals early interest over a potential trial, ...
Strategic dimension: ? DIVERSITY
Diversity, equality, and inclusion is a critical problem in the development of new drugs and therapies, which have the potential to improve people's lives(e)At Inato, we believe we are well-positioned to tackle this industry challenge with our marketplace model allowing all patients to gain access to clinical trials through the care providers they already trust(e)This will make clinical trials more inclusive and also ensure the data collected in the development of the new medicine reflects the patient population inflicted with the disease.
