THE ROLE

As a Product Data Analyst, you will report to the CTO and team up with the Product team to put data at the heart of Inato's success(e)As part of a growing team (currently 1 Lead data analyst), you will be running discovery analysis, defining the measures of success and tracking needs for new features, and ensuring that product managers make decisions based on statistically robust learnings.

You will have an impact on the whole data value chain: collection, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
Our data stack includes Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio, Retool, dbt, Segment, MixPanel, and Hightouch.

Some upcoming projects you will be working on:
- Crunching data to unravel improvement opportunities in our clinical trial recommendation engine
- Partnering with the product team to track the impact and usage of new features
- Improving our data tracking plan and product analytics

Salary range: 60 - 75k€, depending on experience.

  • Support product initiatives with exploratory analysis
  • Define tracking needs
  • Select the right measurement methodologies and statistical tools to measure the performance of new features
  • Leverage quantitative analysis to provide insightful learnings
  • Own our data tracking plan
  • Support product managers with product usage analytics

💊 Requirements

  • You can communicate clearly in both written and oral form in English
  • You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment
  • You have a product mindset: you discover the problems behind expressed customer needs and build solutions using short iterations and feedback
  • You are proficient with a data visualization tool (eg(e)Data Studio, Tableau, Looker...)
  • You have experience with performance measurement (new product features, marketing campaigns launch…) or customer behavior analysis, and experience in data tracking is a plus.
  • You are proficient in SQL, and experience with data modeling using dbt is a plus
