? THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with our leadership team to build and refine the product vision.
As our second PM you will have the opportunity to drive our product strategy, grow the product team (we have multiple open positions), and immediately start releasing features that impact patients, caregivers, and the life science community.
You will lead one of our product scopes building the roadmap & leading delivery(e)These consist of:
- Improving access to trials by helping thousands of hospitals globally get matched to the right trials for their patients
- Support better collaboration between stakeholders to help caregivers reach more patients
- Expanding trial access to diverse patient populations to make research more inclusive
We believe strong ownership is key for Product Managers to do their best work(e)You will have full ownership of your product scope and will have unlimited access to our users and clients to uncover their needs.
You will collaborate with our design, data & engineering teams to deliver the most valuable solutions for our users.
? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of Product Management experience, including working on user-facing products
- Proven ability to think big and small to build incremental features and prototypes in service of a larger vision
- Curious and quick learner
- Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery
- Clear thinking and strong communication
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
