The successful candidate must be results-oriented and partnership focused, with an approach that is responsive to and aligned with business strategies(e)You will be instrumental in facilitating an employee-oriented, high performance, diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

What you will be doing 

Partner with your stakeholders (you will support 1 or 2 C-levels) and the Global People team on various strategic initiatives such as organization and culture change, competency framework & career paths, wellness, D&I, etc. Deploy the core HR processes in the organisations you support (performance management, engagement survey action plans, talent mapping, onboarding and offboarding, headcount planning, etc.)
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations management and investigations as appropriate.Partner with the People Operation team, the Culture Team and the Talent Acquisition team to develop policies, and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce(e)Support the Talent Acquisition team from Kick-off to Closing, and work together on internal hires, international moves and offer design(e)with local People Operation Teams to manage Disciplinaries and Terminations.

About you Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources or related degree a plus(e)Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist/HRBP/People Partner experience is required with experience identifying and developing talent, managing employee relations, and performance management(e)
Record of success advising managers on the full range of HR/people issues(e)Being able to articulate data-backed recommandations and pull excel reports and build presentations that have impact and generate decisions Project management skills: able to multitask and work in parallel on daily tasks and long-term projects Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to quickly establish effective relationships, collaborate, and influence(e)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results for multiple stakeholders(e)Strong ethical standards and integrity(e)Working knowledge of employment laws and ability to search for information.
