As part of the Sellers’ Partnership team, you will be responsible for defining the partnership strategy to build a solid connectors ecosystem for MM’s sellers, in collaboration with Product, Tech and Seller Support teams(e)You will be responsible for this project within MM and in particular for the transversal coordination necessary to ensure its success, based on the creation of strong synergies between our integrators and e-commerce platforms’ partners who will become prescribers of our marketplace solution(e)This project is a major enabler to ensure the strong growth ambitions of the company(e)
This position can be based in Paris or full-remotely in France or in Spain.

You will have the following main activities:

  • Imagining and structuring the economic models of the partnerships, in order to meet the sellers’ needs in each of our markets;
  • Identify, target and approach key partners, like CMS (Eg.: Prestashop, Magento, etc.), integrators (Eg.: Lengow, ShoppingFeed, Linworks, ChannelPilot, etc.) and other e-commerce service providers.
  • Promote and participate in the marketplaces ecosystem and represent MM: you will act as an ambassador for our solution in order to create a close relationship with tech partners;
  • Negotiate and establish contracts, ensure the animation and deployment of signed partnerships;
  • Measure and optimize the results of each partnership;
  • Coordinate resources dedicated to the project, in particular with the Seller Support, Product and Tech teams.

  • Competent and business oriented leader with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business development, management and ecommerce, used to communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with business leaders, able to lead and carry teams and ambitious projects(e)Previous marketplace/integrator experience is a real advantage.
  • Excellent digital culture & deep understanding of the marketplace business models. 
  • Proven successful track record growing a business, market planning/analysis and opportunity identification.
  • Strong organizational planning and development skills.
  • Be able to drive projects, tackle complex situations, always using data, coordinate and develop teams.  
  • Bac +5 graduated from a Engineering School, University-degree in Economics, International Business or similar.
  • Data Driven, people know you for your analytical and synthetic mind.
  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment).
  • Curious, with a strong desire to learn.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions oriented.
