As React/JS Developer you will
- Join a Feature Team on a specific project and report to an IT Lead
- Working hand to hand with the products and UX/UI teams to create the perfect experience for the Visitors.
- Analyze, design and develop high quality functionalities
- Learn and share good practices
- Improve your code and others thanks to code review
- Ensure optimal test coverage
- Push to production
- Follow your metrics to improve the product in the next iteration

How your first week look like
- Onboarding sessions, apero
- Informal meetings with teammates
- Warm welcomed within the team and pair-programming to know more our projects,
- Sessions like how they are architectured and how we work
Your Profile
- You master React / Redux
- You know how to develop isolated modules that can be reused in several apps(e)For instance, you've already used StoryBook or equivalent for this purpose
- Code quality is important for you, you master unit testing and functional testing
- Code optimization is important for you, hence you know how three-shaking works
- You're confident with Git process
- You have implemented responsive design and you think mobile-first
Hard Skills that would be a plus
- An experience with Redux Saga is strong +
- An experience with Next.JS is a strong +
- An experience with document-oriented DB such as Elastic Search / Solr / Algolia and facet querying is a strong +
- You pay attention to performance issues, you know what are WebVitals and know how to boost perf
- An experience with NodeJS is a +
- You know what observability is and how to implement it efficiently
- You have infrastructure knowledge as you know how your app is exposed
- You have worked with cache during your former experiences and know how to use it efficiently
